Sue Ruffner
BSN, RN, LNC
Sue has over 30 years’ experience her background includes Emergency Medicine, Trauma services including domestic, child and family violence, Critical Care, Pre-op/Post-operative anesthesia services, medical surgical, case management and hospital administration where she developed expertise in standard of care, policy and procedures and standards for hospital accreditation. Sue is also an experienced passionate educator/trainer and mentor of new nurses, seasoned staff, physicians and families, as well as a hospital department director.
Sue keeps up to date on standards of care in
her areas of expertise. She also has experience in writing policy and procedures.
Sue’s experience working in the Midwest and
Texas has gained her a broad range of knowledge
in health care and makes her an expert in medical
record review and consulting.
Catherine Strain
Catherine has experience working in many hospitals in Texas as well as lecturing and teaching both domestically and internationally. Catherine’s background includes Emergency services, trauma services, Ob/ gynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology, pediatrics, hospital management and Certified Forensic Nurse. Catherine has extensive experience as an expert witness and testifying nurse consultant. As a hospital administrator, Catherine is an expert in writing policy as well as mentoring staff and physicians. She is knowledgeable in policy, procedure and standards of care in her areas or expertise.
Catherine’s over 40 years of experience in healthcare as well as working with District Attorneys. She has a keen eye for detail and is an expert in medical record review and consulting.
